Fighters
are the skilled warriors of the prrex martial caste. Although they have
not been trained in the noble ranks like the samurai, they are permitted
to bear the katana. Those not of noble caste may not wear the wakizashi,
however. Many fighters who follow the code of bushido with exacting
diligence aspire to become samurai. Most of these do so through service
as members of the Master Samurai prestige class, although they may alternately
be elevated to noble status to take the samurai class. Other fighters
seek to master the secrets of their weapons, and tread the path of the
kensai, or "sword master."
